There are a number of William Hast Westhorp entries in the contribution records which, given the different dates of birth would suggest that Freemasonry is in the family. He had resigned from Duguza Lodge "10.12.13". There is an entry and a suspicion that in 1906 at Liverpool Lodge that the 45 year old "William Haste Westhorp" might be the same man, but in all reality shouldn't be as this one was initiated, passed and raised (again?). The date of death is not, therefore, recorded on the contribution records, only the Medal record and other service records with the same name shows the date as 28.4.17. Requires further investigation into movements and residence to ensure two different men are not being sourced
