He had a sister - Caroline Elizabeth Ada Cox and 3 other siblings.

Born in Norwood, Surrey.

Education & Career :

He won a scholarship to St Paul's School, and entering the Army Class, left in April 1893.

He became a Clerk on the staff of the Grand Secretaries Office, Freemasons Hall.

Included in this are wartime deaths resulting from, for example, theSpanish Influenza pandemic and its associated pneumonia problems and other attributions such as age and exhaustion. It also groups those who through Post Traumatic Stress committed suicide as a result of their experiences.

He died on active service at the Third General Southern Hospital, Oxford, on May 13th, 1917.
