In the 1921 book he is recorded as NICHOLS and as a "Chef", but the contribution records show him as NICOLS. He is listed as an engineer in 1902, resident at 223 Halley Road. He entered the English Constitution in 1902 from New South Wales. He is in arrears during the war years, but the final annotation is "Drowned 1915".
