Masonic :

Listed as a 26 year old Town Clerk in 1911, when initiated into Star of the West Lodge, Hughenden, Queensland. He was a Past Master. The contribution record shows four years of war service 1915-1918 followed by a year of contribution and then absence. There is no annotation on what happened to Andrew in the register. The contributions to the United Grand Lodge of England stop after 1920 as the lodge joins the Grand Lodge of Queensland (No. 49) thereafter.
