SS Huntstrick

 SS Huntstrick, built by Workman, Clark & Co. Ltd., Belfast in 1902 and owned at the time of her loss by F. C. Strick & Co. Ltd., London, was a British steamer of 8151 tons. On June 8th, 1917,

Huntstrick, on a voyage from London to Salonica with a cargo of government stores and troops, was sunk by the German submarine U-39 (Walter Forstmann), 80 miles WNW from Cape Spartel. 15 persons were lost.

Note: Together with Huntstrick, the motor launches ML-540 and ML-541 she was carrying, were also lost.
